Q1. How much is the shipping fee?Domestic Shipping in Japan

Q3. When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary by product. Please refer to each product page for specific details.
If multiple items are purchased in a single order, the shipment will be combined and dispatched based on the latest estimated delivery date.
Due to system limitations, items with different order numbers cannot be shipped together, and shipping fees will apply to each order separately. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Additionally, precise delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to production schedules at sewing factories and the progress of our affiliated warehouses.
A shipping notification email with tracking information will be sent to the registered email address when the parcel is handed over to the delivery service.
Q4. Can I track my order?
You can check the current shipping status using the tracking number included in the shipping notification email.
Q5. Can I request a specific delivery date?
We apologize, but we do not offer date-specific deliveries.
Q6. Why did the items in my cart disappear?
Inventory is secured only when an order is completed. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock.
Please be aware that items may sell out during the checkout process.
Q7. Can I exchange the size or color of an item?
We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate exchanges for size or color due to customer preferences. Once the order is completed, it is finalized.
Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
Q8. What should I do if I receive a defective item or the wrong product?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us within three business days of receiving the item through the chat feature on our online store.

Q9. Can I cancel, return, or exchange an item?
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preferences (e.g., incorrect size, color, quantity, or differences in appearance from expectations).

※ Please note that returns or refusals to accept delivery without prior noitce will not be eligible for refunds. We regret to inform that we may restrict future purchases in such cases.
Q10. How can I confirm my order?
Registered users can check their orders through their account page.
Additionally, an order confirmation email with the subject "Your order has been confirmed" will be sent to the registered email address once your order is complete.
Q11. I didn’t receive my order confirmation email.
If you haven’t received your email, please check the following:

● Is domain filtering enabled? If so, please check your email settings.

Q13. What happens if I cannot receive my order and it is returned?
If your order is returned due to address input errors or extended absence leading to a missed delivery period, it will be canceled upon its return to our warehouse.
Please note that in such cases, a refund will be issued minus the round-trip shipping fees. We are unable to resend the item, so please kindly make the purchase again through our store.
※ Since items are shipped from domestic warehouses in Japan, please provide the recipient's name and address in Japanese.

We offer a range of sizes to suit various preferences:
