Shipping within Japan
・800 yen (tax included).　For deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa: 1,100 yen (tax included).
※ Free shipping on orders of 20,000 yen (tax included) or more.

International shipping
・Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid in advance together with the price of the items.
There is nothing further to pay when you receive your order

※ Customers outside Japan may also see payment methods available in their country or region.

Delivery timing differs from item to item. Please refer to each product page.
When several items are bought in a single order, they are shipped together, timed to the item with the latest delivery date.
Please also note that, due to system constraints, items placed under different order numbers cannot be combined into one shipment, and shipping is charged per order.
We are also unable to guarantee an exact delivery date, as this depends on the progress of our sewing factories and of the warehouse we work with.
For every order, a shipping notification email is sent to your registered address once the parcel has been handed over from the warehouse to the carrier.

You can check the current delivery status with the tracking number given in the shipping notification email.

We are sorry, but we are unable to accept requests for a specific delivery date.

Stock is reserved only once an order has been completed.
Adding an item to your cart does not hold it, so please note that an item may sell out while you are checking out.

We are unable to accept changes of size or color for reasons of personal preference.
Your order is final once the checkout process is complete, so please check carefully before ordering.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
Please contact us through the chat in our online store within 3 business days of delivery, giving your name, your order number and details of the item.

We are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference (the wrong color, size or quantity ordered, a fit that does not suit you, or an item that differs from what you had imagined).
Please check the price, color and size details shown on the product page carefully before placing your order.

※ Returns sent without contacting us beforehand, and refused deliveries, are not eligible for a refund, and we may have to place restrictions on future purchases. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your order is complete, we send an email with the subject "Order confirmed" to your registered email address.

If our email has not reached you, please check the following.
● Has it been filed automatically into your spam folder?
Please check your spam folder.
●Have you set up domain filtering?
If you filter by domain, please check the reception settings of your mailbox.
These settings differ from device to device, so please check with your mobile carrier or the manufacturer.

If you still cannot receive our emails once the above has been resolved, please contact us through the chat in our online store with your name and order number.

Our customer support team can change the email address registered to your order.
Please have another email address ready and contact us through the chat in our online store with your name and order number.

If a parcel is returned to the warehouse we work with because the delivery address was entered incorrectly at the time of purchase, or because the carrier's holding period expired during a long absence, we will cancel the order once it reaches us.
Please note that the refund in that case is the amount paid minus the outbound and return shipping costs.
We are also unable to re-ship, so we would ask you to place a new order through the store.
※ Orders are shipped from our partner warehouse in Japan, so please be sure to write the recipient's name and address in Japanese.

So that as many customers as possible can wear our pieces in the fit they prefer, some items are offered in more than one size.
