Returns and Exchanges
If you contact us within one week of receiving the product, we can accept returns and exchanges.

However, please note that the following cases are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Products that have been opened (including inner packaging) or products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
- Products that are stated on the product page as non-returnable
- Missing delivery
documents (such as tags or delivery slips)
- Customer’s personal reasons (such as
wrong size, wrong order, or different from what you expected, etc.)

Refunds
For refunds, the method will be via bank transfer or cancellation of the payment, depending on the original payment method.

- In cases of receiving an incorrect product, initial defects, or damage due to our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please return the item to the address provided.

※ Refund processing will be carried out after confirming that the product has been received by our warehouse.
