〇Delivery within Japan
・Shipping 800 yen (tax incl.) For delivery to Hokkaido and Okinawa: 1,100 yen (tax incl.).
Shipping is free on orders of 20,000 yen (tax incl.) or more.

For delivery outside Japan, customs duties and import taxes apply

Since Tuesday, August 26, 2025, following the suspension of certain international postal services, shipping of orders addressed to the United States has been temporarily suspended.
We will let you know as soon as a resumption date is confirmed.

Shipping methods
Deliveries within Japan are handled by Sagawa Express, and deliveries outside Japan by DHL. As a rule, the shipping method cannot be chosen by the customer.
Requests for a specific delivery date or time slot are also not accepted as a rule.
If for any reason you wish to request a shipping method, delivery date or time slot, please contact us in advance [before placing your order]. Requests made after an order has been placed cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

Damage during transit
We prepare each shipment with care so that the outer box is not scratched or dented, but once the parcel is handed to the carrier, damage may occur in transit or through the carrier's handling.
We ask for your understanding regarding scratches or dents to the outer box that do not affect use of the item itself.
If delivery fails because you are away or the address is incorrect
Please contact the number given on the carrier's delivery notice.
If an item is returned to us after the carrier's storage period has expired, the shipping cost for redelivery is borne by the customer.
For deliveries outside Japan, shipping and other delivery-related costs are also payable again for reshipment.
If an item cannot be received and is returned to us, costs other than the item price cannot be refunded.
