Notice of customer support suspension due to Èaphi 2025 Holiday POPUP STORE
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Èaphi.
Due to the "Èaphi 2025 Holiday POPUP STORE", we regret to inform you that we will temporarily suspend customer support operations or take time to respond to customers on the following dates.

■ Monday, December 15th
Due to business adjustments, it may take longer than usual for us to respond.
Additionally, responses to some customers may be delayed even further after 14:00.

■ December 16th (Tuesday)
Customer support will be closed due to POPUP related work.

◼️Business resumption date
We will reopen as usual from 10:00 on Wednesday, December 17th.
(Regular business hours: Weekdays 10:00–18:00)
