Shipping Fees
〇 Domestic Shipping in Japan
・Shipping fee: ¥800 (including tax). For deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa: ¥1,100.
Orders over ¥20,000 (including tax) qualify for free shipping.
※ All displayed prices on the website are tax-inclusive.
〇 International Shipping
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please pay the shipping fee along with the product price in advance.
In cases where you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, the shipping fee and handling fees may be deducted from your refund amount.
To avoid unexpected charges, please check the current customs rates with your local customs office prior to placing an order.
Shipping Method
Domestic deliveries in Japan are handled by Sagawa Express, and international deliveries are handled by DHL. As a general rule, customers cannot select the shipping method.
Date and time-specific deliveries are generally not available. However, if you have specific requests for shipping methods, date or time preferences, please be sure to contact us in advance 【before placing your order】. We cannot accommodate such requests after the order is confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery Time
To ensure secure delivery, we use tracking-enabled shipping methods.
For domestic shipping within Japan, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 days after dispatch. (It may take 3 to 4 days for remote islands.)
For international shipping, delivery takes 3 to 10 days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by natural disasters or large public events in the delivery area.
Damages During Shipping
While we take great care to ensure that packaging is secure to avoid damage during shipping, damages may occur due to issues with the shipping company once the parcel is handed over for delivery.
Please note that minor damages to the outer box that do not affect the use of the product will not be eligible for a return or refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Unable to Receive the Package Due to Absence or Incorrect Address
Please contact the number listed on the missed delivery notice from the carrier.
For redelivery of items returned to us after the storage period with the carrier has expired, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
For reshipping to destinations outside Japan, the shipping cost and any additional delivery-related expenses must be borne by the customer again.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for any costs other than the product price in the case of a return due to failure to receive the item.
