・If the Company carries out a Correction, etc. under the preceding paragraph, or decides not to carry one out, it shall notify the user without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
・If an individual requests that the use of their personal information be suspended or that it be erased (hereinafter "Suspension of Use, etc.") on the grounds that the information is being handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use or that it was obtained by improper means, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

・Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, where a Suspension of Use, etc. would involve substantial cost or would otherwise be difficult to carry out, and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, the Company shall take such alternative measures.
